Very clean and comfortable hotel close to Istiklal. Polite staff and good turkish breakfast.I surely recommend it, and I will choose it again next time

Location is excellent. Air-Conditioning is perfect. Reception staff are nice, very cooperative (specially Mr. Abdulrahman) and speaking my language. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options, also its time from 8:00AM to 12:30PM. Free room upgrade. Big Room area. Facilities at the room are excellent. Helping in weighing my bags using the hotel's weight device.

I liked the hotel’s location. It’s super convenient from the Havaist bus stop from the airport, and also close to the metro, train, and tram. There’s a small hill leading up to the hotel, but it’s short and not steep—your luggage will handle it just fine. There’s an elevator, good Wi-Fi, and cleaning can be done whenever you need. The air conditioner worked well. I really loved the view of the church from the window. We were given a suite, which I really liked. Breakfast was very tasty. Even though we stayed for 6 days, it was delicious every time.

The location is in the heart of Istanbul in Taksim square. Everything was within reach from the hotel. A Beautiful hotel very good breakfast with an amazing view The rooms are clean and confortable The staff is very helpfull and friendly, a special thanks to Ms Hasna and Yusuf at the reception for making our stay extra special. I would like to also point out rough and ignorant behaviour of Ali, who is part of the breakfast team. He needs to be trained land cautioned by the management . I shall compliment the management for efficient services and administration of the hotel. I will surely recommend and come back to the hotel.

Excellent breakfast and nice kitchen staff. Cooperative receptionists. Providing weighing device for baggage. Coffee machine at the reception. Many power sockets at room Many switches for lights Huge space for storing stuff. Refilling the room with wet wipes, different types of tea, slippers and tooth brushes and toothpaste. Well equipped bathroom with high pressure water at the shower box, shampoo, washing gel, conditioner, also has Shataf. Providing praying mat. The TV is smart.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured all my needs were met. The room was comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both service and decor. Every meal I had at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. Overall, everything was good, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay in an unbeatable location

The hotel is located very close to Taksim Square and is right off Istiklal Street, making it an excellent choice for tourists to experience the amazing shopping and Turkish food. The hotel was very clean and maintained. Wifi was amazing. Our room was very spacious and the toilet was of decent size with a separate shower area and a bidet was also installed. Water, Tea, Tissue etc. were replenished every day. An iron and ironing board as well as a prayer mat was available in the room. Large wardrobes were available in the room and a safe box was also present. The staff at the reception, breakfast area as well as the cleaning staff were all helpful.

1. The location is great, right by the Istiklal Street, near the Taksim metro and bus stations, convenient but not noisy. 2. The staff is friendly, especially the gentleman working in the night shift, who is super friendly and helpful. He checked us in and allowed us to use the room and to have breakfast though we arrived around 10 am. He gave our travel in Istanbul a pleasant start.
